1. SHIPPING CONDITIONS<\/strong>
\nAt the Ulldemolins Cooperative we offer several shipping options, although we always ship through courier companies. To find out exactly how much your shipping will cost, bear in mind that it depends on several factors: the destination, the order value and the weight of the shipment, or the payment method.<\/p>\n

Whenever you place an order with the Ulldemolins Cooperative, we\u2019ll email you to let you know when we\u2019ve shipped it. We\u2019ll also keep track of the delivery and get in touch with you if there\u2019s any problem. That\u2019s why we ask you to give us a phone number when you place your order.<\/p>\n

2. DELIVERY DAYS AND TIMES<\/strong>
\nBear in mind that transport companies only work Monday to Friday. They don\u2019t deliver on Saturdays or, of course, on Sundays or public holidays. Also, when we give you approximate delivery dates, we don\u2019t take into account whether it\u2019s a local or regional public holiday at the destination; we only consider national holidays and the local holidays here at the place of dispatch.<\/p>\n

We cannot guarantee a delivery time. Carriers may deliver at any point on the agreed day before 20:00. An approximate time slot can nevertheless be indicated, which the carrier will try to meet but is not obliged to. If they are unable to reach you, the carrier will attempt a second delivery arranged with you. If they are still unable to reach you after the second attempt, you will have to collect the order from the carrier\u2019s premises.<\/p>\n

3. UNDELIVERED ORDERS<\/strong>
\nIf an order is sent and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, and shipping costs will have to be paid again for the goods to be resent.<\/p>\n

4. LIABILITY FOR DELIVERY TIMES AND CARRIER<\/strong>
\nDelivery times are approximate and cannot be taken as a firm guarantee, although we generally meet them for 90% of orders. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to change the carrier we use to send your parcel, while always keeping to the transit times.<\/p>\n

The liability of the Ulldemolins Cooperative is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions preventing normal traffic by land, sea or air\u2026). In such cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible and the time limits indicated above will not apply.<\/p>\n

5. REGISTRATION AND YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THE ULLDEMOLINS COOPERATIVE<\/strong>
\nDuring the purchase process we offer you the option of signing up with the Ulldemolins Cooperative by registering and creating an account.
