We will discover the Vins del Silenci wine project with its winemaker, Jaume Àrboles, taste the wines and get to know other lesser-known native Catalan varieties.
We will talk about what makes the highest part of the DO Montsant special, and about its terroir and microclimate, which make it possible to produce the freshest wines in this DO.
